TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The maintenance charges, where applicable, cover maintenance and periodic updates for delivery applications hosted on our servers.
  • White-labeling of a delivery platform does not include complete platform configuration. Our team may provide guidance, documentation, and training to help clients configure the platform. Configuration responsibilities will be agreed upon separately.
  • No Response Situation: If we do not receive a response from the Client for more than 7 days despite reasonable reminders, the Company may place the project on hold. If there is no response for more than 14 days despite reminders, the Company may terminate the project or agreement, subject to the applicable contract.
  • Payment Terms:
    • Any initial/kick-off payment will be subject to the payment and refund terms stated in the applicable proposal or agreement.
    • Taxes, where applicable, will be charged according to the laws and regulations governing the transaction.
    • Payments for approved milestones or services must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
  • Changes & Additional Requirements: Any features, integrations, customizations, or requirements outside the agreed project scope may result in additional development costs and changes to the delivery timeline. Such changes will be discussed with the Client before implementation.

Timeline:

The estimated timeline for delivering a delivery app or software solution will be specified in the applicable proposal or project agreement.

The timeline begins after project kickoff and once all required requirements, content, credentials, approvals, and other dependencies have been provided by the Client.

Unauthorized Use & Fraud Disclaimer:

Delivery App Development does not operate or provide unauthorized financial, investment, trading, wallet, deposit/withdrawal, or similar services through this website. Any website, application, individual, or organization falsely claiming to represent Delivery App Development for such purposes is acting without authorization.

Delivery App Development accepts no responsibility for losses or damages resulting from interaction with fraudulent platforms or individuals misusing our name, brand, or identity.
